Dear Parents and School Representatives,
We have some good news! We are open for business and fully operational. Here are the ways we have adapted to current needs:
AT SCHOOLS
In school districts that allow us to photograph on site, we will be coming to you as usual. We are flexible in figuring out how that looks specifically, and we will work with you to develop a picture day plan that meets your needs. We will follow all safety protocols to ensure an experience that brings everyone peace of mind.
SAFE STUDIO
We are also hosting Safe Studio Picture Days at our studio in Escondido. For students at our currently contracted schools, images will be submitted to the school for yearbook and administrative requirements. Students from any school are welcome, whether or not we are your school’s current photographer. Please contact us to schedule an appointment for school portraits in a more private setting.
If neither of those options work for you, please contact us.
ONLINE ORDERING
We are still accepting portrait orders on our ordering website, through the mail, in person, and over the phone. Portraits are printed quickly, and you have the choice to either pick up your order, have it mailed to you or we can deliver it to school if school is open.
YEARBOOKS
We are available to help remotely with yearbooks. Reach out to Catherine for yearbook support at catherine@gerardyphoto.com.
OFFICE HOURS
Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:30AM-4PM. We will respond to all phone and email messages as soon as possible.
